"Burger King" Overcharging / Needs improvement 2100 winchester place 29301

I got a shake and wasn't allowed a refill for tea, charged full price 1.39. any cup that visit gets refill??  won't take a coupon expired last week even though new ones are exactly the same accept 1 number. over charged .32 cents every week to get a Free small (have to pay difference); what difference? overgrown shrubs everywhere/ loose trash at main drive to store. Overgrown b/t store and guitar center parking ( Not Safe to cross). too many trash cans outside in the wrong places. Some are not used at all others spilling out into parking. will not make change coins for bills even if no one is in line. Angry, rude black female manager. out of tea after 730 pm every day.  Fountain drinks have to much acid and aren't sweet. receipts could be shorter and tables wiped on the edges.  WiFi not worked in weeks/ TV on weather not wspa 7/ move trash can furthest from the door in parking passed drive thru in edge of parking next to one at drive thru exit. that one is over flowing/ other is not used at all. Move trash can to one side off side walk over to Barnes and Noble. It blocks the walk where it is now. Soft drinks are not sweet. Tea is bitter like burnt coffee, sour.  replace scrub bushes in parking w/ trees.  large limb down in front for months. median is over grown/ DANGEROUS TO CROSS AT NIGHT.
